I currently work as IS Tester for Electronic Access to European Commission Documents (EASE) collaboration portal for external service provider.

The aim of EASE is to serve as a modern, centralised and user-centric register that is allowing all citizens to ask for Commission official documents via Portal, e-mail or letter.

Work with the developers and test, configure, maintain the client's website and application Communicate with developers and Project Manager to solve the issues. Identifying and reporting the errors encountered in the project using JIRA tool. Create the test scenarios and test the website and application both on browsers and mobile Work on multiple environments Reviewing test procedures and developing test scripts Execute manual test cases and analyze results Evaluate product code according to specifications Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing, regression testing, sanity and more

Tests forms/pages across the website on multiple platforms and devices Fixing broken links internal or external on the company's website Write and Publish monthly Release Notes for our Sugar Customizations Ensures information is passed through to marketing automation platform or CRM Worked directly with SEO partner to ensure technical and on-page best practices are met across global sites Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns Developed and maintained a content publishing calendar Writing blog posts Updating, editing and proofing website content. Carrying out regular quality assurance checks of website content and functionality Write and Promote articles on our social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn) Edit website content using our content management systems (Expression Engine/WordPress) Migrate content from our partners' websites to our own - taking into consideration our own branding guidelines.
