I established one of the most recognized specialist digital media in the field of motorsports and Formula One in France. Originally named Fan-F1 .com from 2007 to 2014, we rebranded it to Motorsinside.com in 2014. Since then, I have been developing the digital media to reach our audience online and keep pace with the rapid changes in this dynamic industry. As the head of digital, my work includes:

- Business analysis, UX and CX.

- Managing free accounts and subscriptions for monetization purposes.

- SEO and partnerships. I am supported by a developer and a team of writers to produce the content.

- Front dev & back dev of the enitre platform, responsible and connected to different API for Stripe, ChatGPT or Deepl.

As Ux Designer at Symbiotics I work to improve multiple platforms : Internal CMS, Plumseeds.com, Symbioticsgroup.com or Syminvest.com. My mission is to know the user on our different platforms to build the best user experience interfaces on our digital division. I will use the knowledge of our specialists on the field and the studies of final users to list the real needs and build the different scenarios and the content of the pages of our different websites. The goal is to be certain that every single page codes by our developper team is designed and approved by the target users before we code them and so keep a Symbiotics universe as coherent as possible on every single platforms and devices.

In my company I am a Ux Designer, part of an essential flow to create a website from A to Z. My role is to make sure that needs of the company are understood and they will be understandable. For that we have developed a process with several steps:

- Initial workshops with the client to understand the idea of the project and the knowledge of the client about new technology and internet.

- Phase of analysis, defining persona, benchmark and best practices but also audit of existing content or architecture of the information they have. This phase may contain user research if the client do not know at all what their user want.

- Phase of concept: we design the look of the project on a macro view. We select principles.

- Phase of wireframing: we design with Axure RP 7, (sometimes Sketch or Adobe XD) all the pages we need to make the future project (Website, App...) at least usable, but as close as possible to the reality. These wireframes will be tested, so they need to be as "real" as possible.

- Phase of user test: based on scenario, we make tests with selected user found by the client himself or internally.

- Phase of alignments with feedbacks from the users and the client. My role today is not only this. I also keep a view of what graphic designer will do, to make sure it remains relevant. We do together with the project manager and the graphic design phase of test of the developed version. We take a project from its start, to the end, trying to get what the client want, with our recommendations.
