Responsible for B2B and B2C sales on both domestic and international accounts portfolio. Manage a portfolio of around 2M€/year.

 Prospect and Lead Management

 Identify and develop customer relationship

 Advise customers on international import/export strategy shipments

 Manage full sales cycle from opportunity management, proposals to deal closing, (SalesForces)

 Manage contracts, billing/invoicing, revenue collection, dispute management

 Manage post sales activities to ensure quality delivery of CIT solutions (SaaS – API logistic apps) – ERP/WMS

 Manage farming, upselling/cross-selling activities, develop account plan to expand and secure customer relationship management

 Focus on customer retention plan
