I'm Richard, Chief People Officer at Malt. Originally from the UK I have been living in France for the past 14 years.

Before joining Malt I worked in Executive Search, at Disneyland Paris and AbbVie in local and international roles.

I'm also available as a Freelancer, able to help on a variety of HR topics (just ask) or for conferences/ lectures. Whatever the challenge I like to keep things simple and pragmatic.

With a focus on measurable impact, I partnered with affiliate, regional, global HR and Public Affairs teams to develop the communication road-map supporting the understanding and implementation of our corporate HR strategy (recruitment, employee engagement, talent development, talent management, benefits, change…).

Responsible for all recruitment related activities for AbbVie France. We built teams to support the launch of our first ever HCV treatment and our expansion in immunology. I was quickly promoted to a role with the Global HR Communications team.
