J'ai passé les 10 dernières années à construire des MVPs puis une vision, une roadmap et l'organisation qui les supporte, pour le compte d'une entreprise SaaS dans l'ad tech (Adomik, passée de 5 à 60 collaborateurs, dont 30-35 tech/produit), et d'une structure publique fournissant une IaaS au monde de la recherche en santé (Health Data Hub, 60 collaborateurs).
Je souhaite aujourd'hui intervenir principalement sur des sujets de Discovery pour des projets tech/data, afin de les aider à construire ou affiner leur vision produit en croisant la compréhension fine du contexte, des atouts et des limites techniques avec une approche centrée sur l'utilisateur final.
Selon la maturité et la taille de la structure, je peux également intervenir sur :
- la création de MVPs data (compétences en API, data analysis et data visualisation)
