For a hardware startup: streamlined its manufacturing process, setup its operations department, enabled the launch of the sales, contributed to raise additional funds, identified sales network partners, identified next horizon strategies in view of the next funding rounds.

For a major exhibition: proposal of novel interactive installations, making use of a wide range of technologies (web, gis, augmented reality, computer vision, electronics, ...), feasability assessment, and detailed budget elaboration and optimisation. Then, implementation of selected interactive installation, project management, state of the art methods recommendations, and advisory service for the other teams.
Proposed, implemented, and ran a serie of workshops for architecture and product design departments of leading universities, on the theme of digital fabrication, and with a holistic approach (concept, business opportunities, manufacturing, software, coding, robotics, materials, form, engineering, electronics), with an incentive to participate to the open source movements to benefit from the outstanding availability of knowledge.

Built expert skills in additive manufacturing ("full stack" + business interests), assessed the opportunity of using alternative materials such as concrete, clay and edibles, developed in-house processes and machines for these materials.
