Regulatory / AMM program 2 years : Conducted Holistic RIM Program to replace Regulatory tools with an holistic RIM platform

 Mertics: budget 30M€ (including 22M€ IT) +150 contributors, Program plan on 3 years in two phases

 Conducted strategic and operational scoping including RFP's : Product (Veeva Vault), Integrator, Test & Validation, Migration and other partners

 Co-conducted with the Business: Process Reengineering, Content Cleansing, Configuration, Integration, Test & Validation, Data & document Migration, Change management, data governance / MDM and solution world wide Deployment,

 Scope : 4 Veeva modules : Registration, Publishing, Submission Archiving, MDM regulatory compliance (IDMP), Integration with the other business entities' tools : Safety, Quality, Industry, Clinical, Finance, MDM, etc.

Clinical Program 3 years: Conducted a program that replaced clinical tools with an overall clinical platform (Oracle Life Science) including eCRF, CTMS, CDMS, RTSM, and other modules/area. And integrated the platform to Servier's ecosystem (Industry, Supply, Quality (eTMF), Safety, etc.)

 Metrics: budget de 24M€ (inc 16M€ IT), +150 contributors, 3 years planning and 'bing bang' mode (Parallel configuration, integration of all modules)

 Conducted with business program scoping & RFP's (Editor solution, Integrator, Test partner), Program planning, Current studies transition planning

 Conducted the implementation project including platform configuration, integration, Test and validation and deployment

As part of a transformation program driven by Fixe/Mobile convergence and Omnichannel approach: Directed a transformation of the Retail (Stores) Channel (Network of 600 stores)

 Metrics: budget 20 M€, +200 contributors, Program planning in 4 Lots on 4 years. 10 concurring programs in the overall portfolio

 Conducted the design and implementation of each Lot/project for Renewal, Subscription, Aftersales and Billing processes

 Oversow interdependencies with other programs including master data program, other channels projects and legacy projects. Decommissioning.

In charge of a project portfolio around supply chain (Parcels shipment/ Transporters management): eCommere / MarketPlaces

 Metrics: Team of 15 people, +50 contributors Budget: ~1500 man/days

 Accompanied business teams during design with transporting partners Coliposte / Chronopost

 Defined and implemented the program plan: budget, organization, governance, plans

 Conducted implementation (4 streams: Mobility, File exchange technologies, Parcels flows management et network sectors map)
