Plan release dates and the overall release lifecycle Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners Manage release risks, and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality Manage relationships & coordinate all teams on the release content and efforts Communicate through Release & Deployment notes on release scope: project plans, changes, QA plans… Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews Continuously work towards making improvements in the release process Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and that they meet or exceed expectations

• Participate in the definition of the product roadmap and give the rhythm of the new release (definition of objectives, prioritization, Go / No Go, release calendar, availability of resources) and their implementation. • Be responsible for the smooth implementation of the releases of the new versions by working with different Product Managers, Product Owners and Squad within R & D to understand the projects Status. • Identify the risks (technology, resources, delays etc.), raise the blocking points so to provide adequate solutions and ensure reporting. • Apply scalable and flexible processes that support the release process. • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of key dates, scope of application functional requirements, quality criteria and documentation expected before the launch of the developments. • Ensure the respect of the internal procedures in force (use of centralized tools) and contribute to their evolution / improvement.
