Manage studies and work dedicated to the qualification, certification and reliability of products resulting from internal R&D processes

- Manage a multidisciplinary team (5 engineer, technicians and apprentices)

- Manage reliability activities: DFMEA/AMDEC, robustness tests, HALT, HASS, Endurances, FIDES 2009 or MIL-HDBK-217F calculations

- Qualify the performance of the products developed: consumption (A), efforts (N), video-colorimetry (cd / m², lux, nm, K), mass (kg), temperatures (° C),…> 200 tests / years

- Control the risks of certification in development: internal EMC tests, temperature, humidity, waterproofness and manage subcontracting: vibration, spilled liquids or electrical tests.

- Manage the certification of DO-160/Airbus/Boeing products: setup, unit under test, submission of customer and aircraft manufacturer deliverables (test report, test plan qualification, similarities, flammability, etc.)

- Develop and manage the capacity of the internal testing laboratory Successes:

- Acquisition of a faraday cage, antennas and measurement chains for the DO-160 radiated tests

- Acquisition of 50kN traction machine

- Development of a darkroom for colorimetric characterization

- Transition to the FIDES 2009 standard

- Systematization of AMDEC / DFMEA product approaches

Manager of INIS LAB, laboratory specialised in all the major testing methods and procedures for fire safe materials as required by the aeronautical norms, following EASA FAR/CS 25 App. F Part I & V and AIRBUS ABD 0031. Project Manager / CEO :
