As a continuation of my journey as an Agile developer, then as an Agile coach and now as an Enterprise Agile Coach, I invite you to work with me on systemic relationships with a concept that I study and experiment with my clients: the RSI™ (Relationship Systems Intelligence).

Why is this important?

I discovered RSI™ during my ORSC™ (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) training as a participant but also as a training assistant.

I experienced this approach during my assignments and more specifically when I coached teams of Managers. I have been able to combine it with Liberating Structures which I have also appreciated for years.

Agility is currently suffering from too much investment in organizational structures and associated practices. It's like putting the cart before the horse. I have described all this in an article that you can find in my profile.

I propose to rebalance all this by giving power back to the human, to our ability to sense and create meaning, and to relate to each other as human systems in order to foster collaboration and bring out innovative solutions.
