Je suis Philippe BOUPDA. Depuis plus de dix ans, j’accompagne des initiatives stratégiques de transformation digitale aussi bien dans des organisations établies que dans des environnements startup.

Capable de concevoir aussi bien des architectures hybrides entre banques et wallets tout en gérant les échanges avec des partenaires bancaires, institutionnels ou règlementaires, que de refondre/transformer digitalement l'ensemble des processus et traitements manuels de grands et moyens acteurs industriels, je m'épanouis dans les services financiers, la tech, les télécoms ou tout autre secteur d’activités.
Mon approche est systématiquement orientée vers l’automatisation des processus critiques, la sécurisation des flux, l’amélioration des opérations et la création de valeur forte pour les utilisateurs, le tout au moyen de l’innovation technologique.
Je suis convaincu que ma capacité à structurer les opérations, piloter des équipes pluridisciplinaires, intégrer différentes les parties prenantes – internes, externes, décideurs exécutifs – mais aussi assurer à la fois coordination et cohérence technico-fonctionnelle de bout-en-bout, serait un atout précieux pour contribuer à des projets porteurs de sens dans des structures engagées en Europe, en Afrique ou ailleurs.
