Co-built Algolia's public documentation platform used by 500K+ developers across 11 programming languages, directly supporting adoption. Owning the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for 1,000+ page ecosystems, including endpoint references, guides, and onboarding materials. Analyzing recurring support issues to rewrite documentation and FAQs, significantly reducing ticket volume proactively.

AI Workflow Innovation: Designed AI-assisted content workflows (generating/improving content, adapting to voice) using ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and AirOps.
