- Liaise between customers and post-production teams, transmission of instructions and verification of their correct application.

- Implementation of organizational methods relative to the post-production of audiovisual projects (Realization & follow-up of quotes and budgeting, workflow management, schedule management...).

- Preparation, coordination and supervision of recording sessions.

- Good Knowledge of Sound post-production (Sound-Design, Mix, Music, Foley, Dubbing, Voice-Over...).

- Relations clients, détermination des conditions de réalisation d'un projet tout en sachant suivre une certaine cohérence artistique.

- Gestion administrative relative aux productions : suivi des projets de leurs ébauches à leurs sorties. (Contrats, DUE, autorisations de tournage, dossiers artistiques, demandes de subventions…).

- Réalisation & suivi des devis et factures, clients et fournisseurs.

- Préparation, coordination et supervision des tournages.

- Définition des moyens humains, matériels et financiers d'un projet.

- Planning de production & post-production.

- Coordination avec la post-production. Production Assistant - Music Videos, Commercials and short films.

- Customers relations, determination of the directing conditions of a project, while knowing how to follow a certain artistic coherence.

- Administrative management related to the productions: follow-up of projects from their drafts to their outputs. (Contracts, DUE, filming authorizations, artistic files, grant applications ...).

- Realization & follow-up of quotes and clients invoices.
