Working with cofounders both on structuring the company and understanding & exceeding clients’ needs

- Finance: Create and maintain PnL, Provide financial reporting to founders, Update Cashflow trackers and develop the cash management strategy accordingly, Organize monthly reviews with teams and cofounders, Plan future hirings handling both interviews and headhunters

- Strategic Development: Define long-term development strategies for recurring or punctual clients (total contract value over €4M) and bring these contracts to success

- Operations:

-- FNAC: During Paris Games Week, elaborate, produce, handle FNAC presence, compile and share KPI/data monetization across all partner brands (HP, Asus etc.)

-- Undisclosed bank: Build recurring tools & activations in order to address young market, organize key events either online or in physics (Stade de France, offices, or Discord)

- Red Bull: Elaborate & run the first show of a series mixing IRL & InGame activities with top Youtubers

Hired as Vitality COO, 4th employee.

Working with cofounders to grew from 5 to 30+ employees:

- hiring, legal & finance, structuring departements.

As the company grew, I narrowed and mastered my field of actions within the Esports department.

=> + 60 people across 8 teams.

Handling operations topics such as:

- players' onboarding: offer, signature, endowment

- legal: players' contracts, transfer agreements etc.

- players' professionalisation: esport objectives, performance & health programs

- finance: creation of Esport BP, follow-up & reforecast VITALITY operates in the esports sector and participates through its teams in national and international competitions on various video games and in particular: FIFA, Fortnite, Rocket League, League of Legends, FIFA, Rainbow 6, CS:GO, etc. Team Vitality and its players have over 20 million followers across social media and carry more mainstream sponsors than any other esports team including adidas, Renault, Orange and Red Bull. The team has participated in more than 1000 competitions and its players have stood atop 250 podiums around the world.
