- Define program's roadmap and develop a program strategy
- Promote program into Allianz (roadshow)
- Lead a squad of 10 persons (big data project managers, IT project managers, data scientists and data engineers)
- Focus the team on delivery of program : ensure cost, quality and timing objectives are defined and achieved
- Identify, manage and resolve issues, and risks including mitigation plans
- Organize steering committee to review progress, risks, and opportunities
- Insure agile rituals including : stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint refinement, sprint demos and retrospectives with squad team

As a lead data scientist :
- Animation of the community of data scientists and data engineers (we benchmark technologies, methodologies, share knowledge, and define processes)
