Je travaille depuis 10 ans sur des sujets de transformation numérique auprès de grands groupes (Bouygues, BNP Paribas, Accor), à l'échelle internationale. Mon approche est très orientée processus avec l'engagement et la conviction que les outils numériques doivent être au service de l'entreprise et des humains. Je me suis formée aux méthodes ACE (amélioration continue en entreprise, formation BNP Paribas), Agile, et plus récemment à la conduite du changement pour une approche de la gestion de projet centrée sur l'humain. Egalement, le sujet de la sobriété numérique et de l'adaptation de nos pratiques à cette nécessité est au coeur de mes intérêts.
