Understand the customers pain in a new business model and fast moving market, anticipate the changes, be agile to provide new solutions with an incredible time to market that was ShoreTel's goals! When I was given the challenge to start new business operations in 4 countries, an amazing opportunity to remodel the company success in new markets, cultures and competitor landscape. I created end-to-end commercial programs, business planning and partners development resulting in 20 to 25% increase in revenue years over years. I grew operation to 3.5M$ and built a team of 7, I defined and executed go-to market strategy leading to 3% market share increase and developed a portfolio of reseller and customer to create 40% of recurring business. I never had the feeling to work for ShoreTel, we, as a team were building a fantastic solution to solve business problem for our customer and believe me we had a lot of fun! We defined and developed business verticals to prevent margin erosion while we were transforming a cost center into a profit engine for both partner / customers a real Win-Win deal. For very large customer I did manage like Firmenich, Dover, Atlantic group we secured their business by providing world class contact center with smooth and easy deployment. But what is most important than your team? I can't win if my team don't win. Thanks to a 250K$ of marketing budget we generated pipeline to secure our business growth. I coached and developed key performer to bring them to the next level. When I have been appointed European Board Member in 2016, I had to manage business transformation to move customer from Prem to Cloud model and advised on global expansion opportunities while securing targets & driving growth. A new chapter in what has been a fantastic experience !
