Since the start of my career, I have been passionate about everything in the online space, starting from server- and webhosting, discovering the online gaming industry early from both the service as well as the game team side, dipping my toes into online marketing and publishing a mobile app to finally return to hands-on solving problems and guiding teams to high performance.

I am said to be a fast learner and pragmatic in my approaches. I deeply value and enjoy guiding good discussions around system- and softwaredesign and aim for consensus among experts and fast iterations.

My experience has taught me that a majority of issues arise from communication, so I put an emphasis on transparency and clear expectations.
