As the head of Product Design for payment innovation products, through my hard work and dedication, I was able to effectively provide strategic and creative leadership that contributed to making a positive impact on the payment innovation space and lead my team and the products to success. My skills in product design were put to use in managing complex requirements, and I also led workshops to help mature and improve our features. I lead and supported the design team to deliver workshops, mockups, prototypes, and strong design systems that were integral parts of the product's success. In addition to my own contributions, I was also responsible for managing and growing a talented design team. This included hiring new team members or freelancers, providing mentorship with guidance, and setting clear goals to drive improvement to help each team member reach their full potential and achieve success.

As a highly skilled and successful design leader, I was responsible for delivering a high-quality product and creative direction for a strategic transformation and played a key role in shaping the strategic design vision and managing complex requirements. My ability to think creatively and strategically, as well as to translate business challenges into user-centered design solutions, was instrumental in driving the success of my team and our projects. As a Team Lead, I was delighted in recruiting and managing a highly skilled and motivated design team, providing guidance and support to help each team member reach their full potential and achieve success. I was known for my ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and for my dedication to providing my team with the resources and support they needed to succeed. I also evangelized the value of user-focused design internally, and inspire a group of passionate cross-functional teams who were committed to building transformative products that exceeded customer expectations.

As part of Cloud Services EMEA I succeeded in delivering high-quality products and services that exceeded customer expectations, as well as for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. I also contributed to the development of new business opportunities and played a key role in driving business growth and profitability. As a Designer Lead I facilitated workshops using Design Thinking methodologies and delivered cross-channel experiences that connected customers and businesses in meaningful ways. I also brought extensive knowledge and value of customer-facing UX design into the enterprise, helping to drive success and innovation. As a Team Lead, I was responsible for recruiting and managing a talented team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential, and building a group of passionate, user-focused professionals who design and build transformative products and experiences by turning human insights into business impact at Salesforce scale.
