Consultante FP&A et Finance indépendante, j'accompagne des entreprises et des dirigeants dans leur pilotage financier : modélisation, reporting, budgets, prévisions et automatisation des processus.

Avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience au sein de grands groupes (Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion, Groupe OCP, Maroc Telecom) et de cabinets de renom (Deloitte), j'ai piloté des cycles de clôture et de consolidation sur plusieurs filiales, co-construit des AOP, déployé des outils de reporting dynamique et contribué à réduire significativement les délais et charges de travail liés à la finance.
