Apexis Partners is my independent consulting practice focused on capital markets transformation, post-trade efficiency and practical automation. I help banks, brokers and fintechs improve front-to-back operating models across derivatives, structured products, securities financing and regulatory reporting, with a focus on reducing manual work, increasing STP, strengthening operational control and building useful KPI/reporting frameworks. I bring 12 years of experience across Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB and Exane, combining deep capital markets expertise with hands-on delivery. I also design practical AI and automation workflows, including reporting automation, agent-assisted process tooling and operational dashboards, with a focus on measurable efficiency gains rather than theoretical proofs of concept.

Led operating model transformation of the Structured Equities value chain as part of the E2E Value Chain program, supporting +20% business growth through improved STP and operational scalability.

As a Senior Manager at Onepoint, I supported investment banking clients on capital markets transformation projects, working directly within client teams. My role was to frame business issues, understand operational pain points, structure action plans, coordinate business and IT stakeholders, and secure delivery through to BAU handover.

The work mainly covered front-to-back transformation, post-trade process improvement, workflow automation, management reporting, and the redesign of tools or operating models. I worked closely with Front Office, Operations, IT, Legal, Finance, Risk and senior management teams.

Alongside client delivery, I contributed to the firm’s internal development through RFP responses, proposal work, scoping of new mandates, staffing, consultant training and the development of the Capital Markets offering. Key mandates delivered in this context included the Structured Equities value chain transformation at BNP Paribas CIB and the functional redesign of Crédit Agricole CIB’s global securitisation platform.
