My sessions focus on bridging theory and practice, helping learners understand how to design, govern, and scale data and AI initiatives within organizations.

Key responsibilities:

•Deliver hands-on training on Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Governance frameworks

•Teach data architecture concepts including data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud platforms (GCP, BigQuery)

•Introduce AI tools and enterprise use cases (LLMs, Copilot, GPT, Gemini)

•Cover data compliance topics such as GDPR, AI Act, and security by design

•Design practical workshops and case studies based on real business scenarios

Define and implement enterprise-wide data governance strategies to enhance data quality, integrity, and compliance (GDPR, ePrivacy, AI Act). Lead the deployment of data sharing policies, standards, and controls across multiple business units to ensure secure and compliant data exchange. Govern and monitor data within Data Point (custom DataHub), leveraging GCP Data Lake, BigQuery Data Warehouse, and Looker for scalable analytics, metadata management, and lifecycle traceability. Drive data quality initiatives using Power BI and Spotfire, producing interactive dashboards and reports for improved decision-making. Train and guide employees on Generative AI tools (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, DALL·E), promoting secure adoption and reducing reliance on public tools. Manage predictive AI project forecasting workspace occupancy rates, optimizing real estate utilization and supporting strategic planning.

Define and prioritize the data product roadmap supporting Hydrogen Business Unit operations. Develop analytical models, KPI dashboards, and interactive reports using Power BI and Spotfire, delivering insights for strategic decision making. Write SQL queries and manipulate relational tables to extract, clean, and transform data for reporting and analytics. Coordinate global development teams (India, USA, France) and data science squads to ensure timely project delivery. Implement Agile methods including MoSCoW prioritization, sprint planning, and retrospectives, enhancing team efficiency.
