I joined the Nissan Group to lead a European data strategy to accompanying the major trend of automotive market.
For being successful I setup and steer an Enterprise information architecture and a Data factory, those teams were around 10 inhouse people, and 15 consultants to make big data, mdm, integration, and Data governance as well.
I led a data strategy to make the Nissan digital operating model more efficient for data, and a data platform, business cases, sourcing strategy.
We shaped the future, designed solutions, and deployed our data platform, operating models, capacity plan, and managing programs such as master data management.
I was part of the Chief Data Office (CDO) setup, I led the data governance framework, and because we wanted to be closer to businesses & customers, I led the design of a scoping process specialized for data intensive projects.
All of this approach has been evangelized, and involved multi-disciplinary CXO stakeholders. This approach has been deployed globally (USA, Japan).
Outcomes :
- IT & Business transformation successful for data: Digital, master data, GDPR, Analytics, Industry 4.0, IOT, connected car, WLTP, integration & API, big data.
- Setup the CDO in Europe and global deployment of the approach.
