Global CI/CD Recipe: Digital transformation, from Itil to Agile, in order to improve the global CI/CD processes & tools for ADP (EMEA/APAC/AMERS). Tools/Technologies: Jenkins - Jenkins-X / Docker / Kubernetes / AWS / AWX / Ansible / Nugget / ... Weather Report : Application monitoring. Build a real-time dashboard accessible to the BUs through the ADP portal, which display metrics on the health of ADP Payroll applications (mainframe side for the 1st perimeter). This helps functionnal people in their daily work (less worries about application performance). This dashboard uses weather animated GIF to have a Wahou effect, and is mainly based on realtime SPLUNK analysis. WOOD Recipe: Digital transformation, from Itil to Agile, in order to enhance the lifecycle of a payroll application, using jenkins & pipelines. Agile Processes :

- Deployment and configuration of a Continuous Integration server (jenkins) to add Continuous Delivery, in order to help ADP to implement AGILE methodologies.

- Implementation of the architecture/software stacks for the ADP MOBILE @ESI.

- Platforms management, middleware updates, etc...

- Add Automated Testing capabilities with SOAPUI/JENKINS

- Interface between JENKINS/CONFLUENCE in order to log the jobs triggers Testing:

- Build & Run of a Selenium grid v3.5 (automation of node's installation & configuration)

- Development of a testing framework based on Robot Framework (tests cases using keywords), to pilot GUI tests (selenium), API's validation, Technical tests (python)

- Integration of Tests runs in the CI server (Jenkins)
