Individually and collectively The Leadership Circle Profiles open doors for deep reflection and charter specific paths of development to evolve the practice of conscious leadership in order to navigate our increasingly VUCA world. It "is the only 360 degree profile that measures both competency and underlying assumptions and it does so in two primary leadership domains: Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies."
