Diplômé d'EM Lyon après une classe préparatoire HEC, j'ai réalisé mes stages en M&A (stage de césure chez BNP Paribas, Summer en Investment Banking chez Nomura, stage de fin d'étude chez Lazard) où j'ai eu l'occasion de travailler sur des mandats d'exécution pour des clients du secteur des fertilisants et du secteur agricole.

J'ai ensuite démarré ma carrière en M&A/Corporate Development au sein de grands groupes familiaux (Roullier - 3mds€ de CA), côté en Bourse (Coface - 1.9mds€ de CA), start-up (Manda), et PME sous LBO (Olyos Group - 130m€ de CA)

- sourcer des opportunités M&A et approcher les cibles

- gérer l'éxécution des potentielles acquisitions/cessions (du NDA au closing en passant par la gestion des due-diligences (financières, juridiques, fiscales, etc.) et négociations finales)
