Après près de 10 ans d’expérience en contrôle de gestion et finance d’entreprise, j’accompagne aujourd’hui les TPE, PME et structures en croissance dans le pilotage de leur performance financière et l’amélioration de leurs processus finance.
J’ai évolué au sein de groupes internationaux et d’environnements multiculturels afin d’acquérir une expérience variée, aussi bien en industrie, manufacturing, supply chain, pharma ou structures multi-sociétés. Business partnering with MDs & FDs of the scope: Business review of P&L, contracts, backlog, cash management reports and balance sheet with subsidiaries along with Key stakeholders.• • Budget and forecast (LF6+6, 9+3) planning: entity strategy, P&L and Cash. System requires advanced understanding of processes, technology and business rules.
