• Drafting of detailed specifications: Specifications and technical documents for TMA team

• Project management: Budgets, Planning, and Tests.

• Analyze business needs and define a business case, elicit information from stakeholders and gather model requirements

• Developing and sharing reports that enable advertising, customer service, finance, sales and marketing managers to make better business decisions by understanding geography, supply chain, and price

• Create and discover new data procurement and processing programs

• Analysis of migration results and coordination with business & migration team for reconciliation cases

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Design and development of new scripts for new dashboards

• Persuade clients ( business team ) that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery dates

• Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data

• Diagnostics and corrections of incidents and business feedback.

• Application management (3 major applications (RA, MFS, BI))

• Budget management (budget estimate and supplier challenge for the number of J / H needed for a specific development)

• SLA management on the supplier and customer side

• Detection and monitoring of anomalies on HP quality center

• Development of test plans

• Execution of test plans
