Nishat Mahmud

I am an event operations and transport coordination professional with around 7 years of experience working on international sports and large-scale events. Based in Paris, I support organisers, federations, and agencies with on-site coordination, logistics, and VIP/VVIP transport management.

I have worked on major events such as the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as international tournaments and fashion events, where I handled protocol operations, venue coordination, and transport flows for athletes, officials, and guests.

I am used to fast-paced environments, last-minute changes, and high-level stakeholders. I can step in quickly, adapt to complex operational setups, and act as a reliable point of contact between teams, suppliers, and drivers.

I work fluently in English and am operational in French, and I also speak additional languages, which is a strong asset in international contexts. I am available for short-term missions, event periods, and on-site coordination roles in Paris or abroad.
