I am a versatile material scientist with a passion for innovation and a track record of leading complex projects in diverse industries. With 10+ years of experience in both startups and large corporations, I bring a unique perspective and a results-driven mindset to every question.

I successfully tackled diverse challenges in the materials, recycling, insect protein, and biotech sectors, leveraging my expertise in material science, industrial processes, and project management.

I am recognized for my ability to federate diverse teams to lead transdisciplinary projects : optimizing a glass production process by bringing simulation, lab scale mock-ups and full scale trials on a production line ; or building a robotics roadmap and team from scratch to recycle carbon fibers composite waste ; or else establish new experiment and analysis standard (DoE) for a whole R&D department.

I have a broad scientific background, which allows me to quickly grasp the fundamental concepts and principles of a new field. I can learn the orders of magnitudes and identify the key factors that drive a phenomenon. I also keep abreast of the latest academic state-of-theart, as well as what technology is readily available of the shelf, to avoid reinventing the wheel.

I can help you generate new ideas by bridging various technical domains, gain insight in your experimental data to find new levers of performance, or structure your R&D, both regarding roadmaps and methodologies.
