    Product Owner for CIAM and Back For Front tools to access personal data. During my mission, I set up different products:
    ● Creation of a stand-alone customer login module for Leroy Merlin partners: any application can integrate the group's standard authentication in a few days. LEROY MERLIN validates the authentication after customer consent
    ● Framing a new customer data management tool integrate to the existing website. As a result, we have upgraded the authentication on leroymerlin.fr to also authenticate employees and give them access to dedicated pages and features.
    ● Internationalization of the modules of the French website in order to integrate them into the website of the different countries of the Leroy Merlin marketplace. To realize these projects, my actions were:
    • Technological watch
    • Meetings with final users and framing with the business teams (UJM writing and
    • Backlog writing and backlog items preparation
    • Acceptance of the delivered items and follow-up of the production launch.
    • Harmonization of gestures with the first country (LM Italy)
    • validation and testing of the modules An adaptation of the SCRUM framework were used:
