Management and development of large-scale digital project in the railway construction industry. Digitalization of different processes in France and worldwide (production, quality, material..), data management and global reporting through Microsoft power platform. Main successes : Complete digitalization of the metro line B extension project in Lyon (+20M € project). Day to day offline application to monitor production and to evaluate progression regarding the planning (dashboards) + quality control forms . Management of the digitalization of daily site report for L2 project in Chile + realization of dashboards to cross theoretical and real progress data Realization of a large scale (France + worldwide) application to optimize stock management and tool processes (+300 users) + AI to predict purchase order & tool availability. Management and realization of a global scale CSR application. Scope : all BU directors. Aim : evaluate all colas rail bu regarding CSR roadmap and to create a global reporting. Modele driven app based application to manages project portfolio.

First Internship within Searidge Technologies with system analyst responsibilities in the Smart Tower Project at Changi airport in Singapore. The main goal of my missions was to help the onsite engineer team to successfully implement ans stabilise the whole system. We were creating a delocalized control tower by combining cameras and artificial intelligence. Working with people from other culture was so rewarding. I believe that coordination between the different actors of the project was the key to ensure its success. From regression testing to gathering analytics data, passing by vibration sensors calibration, I was able to work on every aspect of the project. My missions not only required technical skills, but also both organizational and relational skills. This first experience in the aeronautical industry provided invaluable personal and technical skills.

Second internship within Colas with responsibility for the project management for the development of the company's agreed internal mobile and web application. I was the product owner of the SCRUM method (maximize business value, express user cases, fill in logs, identify bugs…) The specifications I wrote in my first internship won a digital challenge. So the development of the application, sponsored by Bouygues, was launched. I took part as the Product Owner of the SCRUM method used for the development of the web and mobile application. I had to express the customer need, every functionality of the project. I took part in every meetings with the developers as the customer (the developing company was C2S a Bouygues subsidiary). I had to fill in the backlog. To test and improve every end of sprint releases. Identify bugs. And to present the project in front of Colas direction. This has allowed me to develop : Autonomy, independence, To have responsibility (I was the only one who was working the project in Colas ), To lead a project from his birth to almost his end, The key of success of an IT project's, To present the project in front of people.
