Across four years at Kyndryl, I progressed from a Country Security & Resilience leadership role in France to global strategic responsibilities, culminating in my position as Global AI Security Lead. This evolution reflects expanding influence and accountability — from supporting the scale-up of the Security & Resiliency practice, to leading global strategic services and portfolios, to shaping emerging capabilities in AI Security and Agentic AI trust. I contributed to €20M+ in qualified opportunity generation (FY23–FY24), managed a $10M+ consulting portfolio (FY24), secured $1.3M+ in consulting bookings (FY24), influenced $5M+ in opportunity development (FY25), and delivered $1.1M+ in consulting revenue (FY23) across mission-critical engagements. I also played a key role in closing Kyndryl France's first Cyber Incident Recovery (Isolated Recovery Environment) deal (€3M+, FY22), reinforcing customer confidence and establishing the foundation for resilience-led growth. From a leadership perspective, I contributed to building and expanding the Security & Resiliency practice, managing and mentoring consultants and practitioners, strengthening internal capabilities, and leading cross-domain global offering modernization across GRC, Zero Trust, Data Governance, Responsible AI and AI Security. I drove multi-stakeholder programs and engagement delivery, facilitated executive-level workshops, coordinated global teams to align direction and execution, and represented Kyndryl within strategic cybersecurity ecosystems such as Campus Cyber (FR), while speaking and engaging at major national and international industry events.

Throughout this journey, I focused on delivering measurable business outcomes while scaling capability, maturing offerings, and aligning innovation with client needs — transitioning from country delivery leadership to a global leadership role driving AI Security strategy with a collaborative, growth-oriented modern leadership style.

Key Achievements: – Modernized and restructured the GRC offering catalog, supporting the practice's domain transformation project and the integration of Security Assurance and Data, Privacy & Responsible AI. – Shaped next-generation offerings across data governance, AI trust, automated compliance, and cyber resilience, including DSPM, Compliance Continuous Controls Monitoring, Responsible AI Maturity Assessment, and Industrialization of Cyber Resilience Maturity Assessment. – Led development of Kyndryl's initial AI Agentic Security Services offering. – Represented the GRC domain in global leadership and client forums, strengthening alignment across consulting, offering, and delivery teams.
