Plus de 12 ans d'expérience au sein de prestataires logistiques (Bolloré), dans la grande distribution (Marks and Spencer) et en cabinets de conseil en France et à l'international (Asie, UK, US,..). Je suis certifiée PRINCE2 pour la gestion de projet. J'ai mené des projets d'amélioration continue, de déploiement de WMS et d'implémentation de solutions logistique. J'ai une expertise en design d'entrepôts, en analyse des flux et en optimisation des réseaux logistiques.
Trilingue (français, anglais, espagnol), je suis disponible pour des missions d'accompagnement, de conseil, de diagnostic et d'analyse à distance.
Pendant toute ma carrière j'ai modélisé des solutions logistiques (chiffrage des ressources humaines et matérielles, design sur AUTOCAD de l'aménagement de l'entrepôt, définition du réseau de distribution...)
En exemple de gestion de projet j'ai mené le déploiement d'un nouveau WMS sur 3 entrepôt pour le compte de Marks and Spencer et le déploiement d'un système de gestion des retours sur le réseau de magasins, e-commerce et d'entrepôt pour M&S.
En cabinet de conseil, j'ai modélisé les flux de grands comptes en Asie et aux Etats-Unis afin de réduire les coûts.
