I am an entrepreneur and group CEO with 18+ years of international experience building and scaling businesses across Europe and Africa, operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, legal governance, and technology. As Co-Founder and CEO of Xpertize Africa, The RPO Company, and Nearlance, I lead multi-country organizations across regulated and culturally diverse markets, with direct responsibility for growth, profitability, and large enterprise engagements.
I combine full P&L and group-level leadership with an unusually high level of technical and AI expertise for a CEO.
