During this tenure, I played a vital role in defining specifications and process improvement to gain cost efficiency. I was engaged in raising funds for business progression.

• Contributed to development of start-up project that proposed sustainable food technology solutions by enabling food preparation at home and food delivery through app, resulting in minimising costs and saving time.

• Attained key milestones to meet requirements of MVP launch as per Lean-Agile development process.

Oversaw day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of product alignment with local market trends. Hired operations manager for each market and onboarded/trained new drivers regarding regional policies.

• Increased customer satisfaction levels from average score of three points to four on 5-point scale.

• Created and executed go-to-market strategy for expansion of business operations in Beirut and Amman regions.

• Updated business model as per Lebanese and Jordanian markets' transportation rules for drivers’ recruitment.

• Implemented customer acquisition campaigns through social media platforms, referrals, and sponsorships.

• Improved presence of brand across different platforms, including online, national television, and radio despite limited marketing budget.

Gained insights on marketing pitches and live transactions through extensive country and industry research. Conducted financial modelling and valuation analysis for Indonesian conglomerate’s acquisition in Thailand. Performed duties within IBD pool on several M&A and global finance projects for clients across Southeast Asia.

• Explored missed and cross-sell opportunities for Barclays in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
