Project context: PIM/Catalog Data hub App (Luxury products) Team: 12 ETP (France, Morocco)

My mission involves overseeing the PIM application and ensuring seamless management of all support and new business & technical requirements. Additionally, I have taken on the responsibility of leading the Catalog Data Hub App project previously handled by the Digital team. Furthermore, I am entrusted with the task of evaluating and reviewing the architectural decisions made by the Digital team.

Other duties:

▪ Develop complex requirements.

▪ Code reviewing.

▪ Design new architectural solutions.

▪ Analyze & fixe bugs.

▪ Manage technical team.

▪ Prepare and study functional requirements,

▪ Preparing and writing functional documentation.

▪ Coordinate with Business teams based in Paris, India, USA.

▪ Coordinate with all teams that using PIM (Hybris) flows.

▪ Animate monitoring and technical meetings.

▪ Prepare monitoring documents.

▪ Manage GO LIVE releases.

▪ Monitoring Jira dashboards and maintaining functional documentation in Confluence.

Technical Tools/Environments: Hybris v2211 , Java/JEE, Spring, Spring boot, Angular, IntelliJ, Solr, Scrum method, Git, TFS, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Cloud, Biztalk, Control M.

2nd role : RUN PROJECT TECHNICAL MANAGER

Project context: B2C E-commerce & E-service platform As a RUN Project Manager, my main mission is to ensure smooth performance, minimal downtime, and prompt issue resolution. I act as the primary incident contact, coordinating with technical teams for quick resolutions and implementing efficient incident management processes.

▪ Coordinate with Business teams.

▪ Animate functional and technical meetings.

▪ Prepare monitoring documents.

▪ Analyze issues & suggest bugs fixes.

Project: E-commerce platform. Team: 20 ETP (France). Mission: As a technical business analyst I Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and subject matter experts, to identify and document business requirements related to the eCommerce platform. This includes understanding the desired features, functionalities, and processes required for the online store. Those was my duties:

▪ Prepare functional documents.

▪ Prepare proof of concepts.

▪ Prepare technical documents.

▪ Help developers to analyze bugs and suggest fixes.

▪ Ensure assistance during user acceptance testing. Technical Environment: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OCAPI, SFRA, OMS Manhatten, Klarna, Jira, Confluence

My Abrasives (Saint Gobain) Project: B2B E-commerce Platform Team: 20 ETP (France, India, USA and Brazil) Mission: As a Hybris Technical Lead, I was in charge of migrating to the new Hybris Backoffice and ensure achieving EMEA rollout go live. I was also in charge of designing new architectural solutions. Duties : Manage technical and functional teams in India. Coordinate with Business teams based in Boston, US. Coordinate with SAP ERP teams based in Sao Paolo and Paris. Animate monitoring and technical meetings. Prepare monitoring documents. Manage go live releases. Analyse & fixe bugs. Monitoring Jira dashboards and maintaining functional documentation in Confluence.
