On top of my responsibilities of Senior Software Engineer I became Manager of my team. Ownership of the team's project success and failure. I am responsible for the team's long and short term projects. I am responsible for designing the projects with the product team as well as laying out the steps for the making of it. I am also responsible in designing the reporting solution to measure the impact of a project. I am also responsible of the hiring in the team with the help of the recrutement team. I am responsible for the well being of the team and making sure that the process that we're using is still aligned with what the team want and change it if required. I also have the responsability of the development of the member of my team, understanding their aspirations and career plan.
