I was the project manager but also the functional and technical guy for the Absenteeism SAP project wich is consisted to develop a Fiori based on the “Bradford” calculation. This app is able to make a follow of absenteeism of all employees in GSK. Thanks to this, the managers can easily check and make the follow.

I was in charge to make the meeting with the business and see their requirements but also responsible to organize the daily stand up with all principal actors.

I was mainly involved to manage consistently the technical architecture of a sub-area in order to ensure the continuity of the IT system. Draft and/or refine the technical analysis of large IT systems in order to meet the functional IT needs of clients, as set out in the functional analyses.

For the specific module « ProAct » dedicated to monitor and maintain the messages, boxes, routers and all equipments for all banks.
