✓ Deployment of a new Way of working and monitor the progress. ✓ Train the stakeholders to the new way of forecasting (based on Sell out) ✓ Analyze CPFR data and propose solutions and action plan in case of issues. ✓ Forecast accuracy follow up (SMAPE) based on cumulative sell-in and sell-in (n-1). ✓ Team management and close monitoring with the offshore team. ✓ Roll out the new solution in 10 countries in Europe (Workshops / analysis / Specific cases)

✓ Suppliers' non-conformity management. ✓ KPI monitoring and Performance follow-up. ✓ On Time Delivery collaboration tool deployment. ✓ Project management (Improve the Transfer of Work reporting process). ✓ Supplier Quality Improvement Program (SQIP) management. ✓ Consolidate figures and build ad-hoc reporting and dashboard.
