I am a French engineer with 10 years of experience in OT and IT project management, in industrial and pharma manufacturing.

Since the beginning, I have always had a winner mindset. I never give up. I started with a basic technical diploma and worked my way up to a Master’s degree in Engineering — working and studying at the same time, paying for it myself. That shows the kind of person I am.

I also adapt very fast. Every new role in my career, I started with no experience in that area — automation, project management, IT/OT, cybersecurity. I learn quickly, I find the right resources, and I deliver. And when problems pile up — on site, on a project, under pressure — I stay calm, I step back, and I always find a solution.

I work well between different teams — IT, OT, Quality, operations, suppliers. I communicate clearly, I keep things moving, and I solve problems.

My biggest strength for this role is my pharma background. For the last 6 years I worked at BMS, Takeda and Ipsen — very strict regulated environments. OT delivery plus pharma compliance — that combination is very rare.

I have always been recognized for my work. At DEC Group, senior management personally thanked me. At Takeda, my work quality led to a salary increase. At Ipsen, both the IT Director and the Quality Manager sent me personal recognition for a critical project.
