Engineer specialized in Industrial Risk Management, I worked in fast-paced environments in the context of an international Supply Chain. There, I added value through my 360° approach and my ability to “connect the dots”, daring to push the limits of what is known and to explore new solutions with flexibility and ease.

I believe the way to grounded and sustainable solutions is through connecting conceptual solutions with their impacts on people, businesses and environments. That was strongly reflected in the two major orientations of my work : challenging how we “think” (by supporting the teams with new perspectives on problem-solving and innovative solutions), and optimizing what we “do” (through operational support, training and change management on the ground).

Firmly convinced that a lasting change cannot be achieved without inclusiveness, I enjoy sharing, cooperating with teams and helping them develop skills and grow. As a trainer I know how to adapt to my audience and communicate effectively by breaking down complex information into accessible, relevant and impactful content.

My motto : “How can we learn and grow from here?” I believe there is always a possibility to go further, to improve the way we’ve been doing things until now.
