As Tech Lead for mission-critical global middleware platforms, I spearheaded the technical strategy for a high-traffic ecosystem combining hybrid API Management and event-driven architectures. Handling billions of requests and events annually (160M+ API r/m), I coordinated a team of developers to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of 540+ APIs and over 150 global applications.

Key Contributions:

- Led major strategic initiatives, including the normalization of App Service Plans and large-scale migrations to .NET 8/10 and isolated process models.

- Fully refactored CI/CD pipelines to standardize deployment processes, branching strategies, and permission models across 250+ repositories.

- Hardened global infrastructure by enforcing TLS 1.3 standards, remediating pentest findings, and managing secrets and identity policies to meet strict Microsoft and Azure compliance.

- Designed and implemented platforms health-checks and custom real-time monitoring dashboards to optimize incident response and resource management.
