Partnered with the Global Head of Supply Chain and the leadership team to define a leaner, product-driven operating model supporting the group's growth ambition on new launches and acquisitions covering organisation structure, sizing, core processes and governance, with a strong focus on building up the planning backbone (Central Demand Planning, End-to-End Product Planning, S&OP/IBP).
Designed the target Supply Chain CoE (Center of Excellence), integrating planning, distribution, value tracking, and digital & AI transformation into a single capability engine.
Anchored the design in Servier's ongoing large-scale transformation, ensuring the new operating model aligned with and accelerated the deployment of APS Kinaxis, S/4HANA and priority AI use cases rather than competing with it.
Ran the change impact assessment, mapping upskilling requirements and prioritising the capability shifts needed to make the model operational.
