• Day-to-day management and development of the research team and focus on senior executive appointments

• Management of the team of 12 researchers and 2 trainees: Recruitment, training, allocation of assignments – 350 assignments per year. Coordination between the research team and the 22 consultants of the Paris Office.

• Weekly reporting of the activity and the assignments to the CEO of the firm.

• Implementation of new processes and support to the team during the change of database.

Reason for leaving: After three enriching and successful years I decided to join a British firm to have a more international exposure rather than to focus only on the French market.

• Detailed reporting to the client with an analysis of the sector, market and the results of the research

Reason for leaving: Senior Management team in London decided to close the Paris office during the financial crisis.
