I make sure I perfectly understand our customers challenges, identify liabilities, pain points and accordingly design appropriate solutions. I also partner up with our presales team to design and deliver proof of concepts to demonstrate the extent to which our solutions could fit within the customer's environment, before I assist their IT teams in the first use cases through presentations, coaching, experiences sharing and promoting best practices.
