Depuis plus de 15 ans, j’accompagne des organisations partout dans le monde sur :

- la digitalisation de parcours critiques (KYC, onboarding, crédit, sinistres, relation client),

- l’orchestration BPM à l’échelle (Bonita, BPMN, APIs, GED),

- l’automatisation intelligente (RPA, OCR, IA générative intégrée aux processus),

la performance et la fiabilité des plateformes (architecture, supervision, tuning).

Mon approche est pragmatique :

2023.6 to 2024.3, ensuring performance, stability, and backward compatibility across
critical banking workflows.
Designed and developed end-to-end BPM applications for:
❖ International wire transfers
❖ Individual and Corporate KYC processes
❖ Instant credit origination and decisioning
Implemented an RPA orchestrator to automate and secure data integration with the Core
Banking System Sopra Amplitude, enabling reliable system-to-system automation and reducing manual processing.
Provided technical leadership to a multidisciplinary delivery team (2 frontend developers, 2 backend developers, 1 RPA developer), and managed release cycles using Agile SCRUM methodology, ensuring predictable delivery and production readiness.

specifications, acting as a key guarantor of functional and technical consistency around the Cockpit platform (claims management, multi-request handling, complex cash flow scenarios).

Contributed to process design and BPM architecture, including asynchronous
integrations, server sizing, and performance monitoring of the Itesoft Streamline
platform, in close collaboration with enterprise architects and software vendors.

Provided cross-functional support to business, operations, and data teams:
validation of user stories, data extraction and KPI definition (AML/CFT indicators,
uncashed checks, operational anomalies), guidance on code quality, production
readiness, and operational robustness.

Drove BPM best practices and methodology adoption, acting as a trusted expert and reference for both business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring long-term consistency, scalability, and maintainability of business processes.
