Purchasing manager for 4 plants across Europe :

> Commodities: ventilation, refrigerant, MRO/CAPEX, freight, packaging …

> Build up 3-year strategic plan: identification and implementation of projects to reduce costs through management of transversal teams.

> Levers: sourcing, make or buy, worldwide agreements, investment.

> Project leader (PMO) on a major business transformation project (cross-functional work involving R&D, manufacturing, quality, marketing and sales).

> 3-months mission at Lennox International headquarters (Dallas, TX, USA) to align worldwide strategies and benchmark US best practices to implement in Europe – bluid up the “EU stage gate process”.

> Development of a business of quota-selling linked to the new European F GAS regulation. Opportunity identified while managing the “refrigerant gas” commodity.

> Project identification, business plan definition, set up and lead of a team of 4 people (project, sales, legal and compliance).

-> This business started from scratch generated more than half of Lennox EMEA EBIT in 2018 (several M€). 3 awards were obtained for this project: Europe, Purchasing Worldwide and Lennox Worldwide.

Multinational company (72 B€; 155 k employees) operating diverse worldwide portfolios with 120+ gigawatts of generation capacity.

Project buyer for all French nuclear power plants in order to comply with regulations and safety after Fukushima accident.

Setting up of the purchasing strategy, drawing up of contracts, costing to define the target price, negotiation and awarding.

> High investment projects (> 20 M€; 10 years).

> Strategic and urgent projects linked to the French Nuclear Safety Authority.
