About Maxime
Avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le web pour des grands groupes comme le Groupe SEB ou des géants de la tech comme Malt (oui, oui, ce Malt là où j'ai été _lead developer_ pendant 6 ans), j'ai écrit plusieurs millions de lignes de code encore en production, recruté et mentoré des dizaines d'ingénieurs, mené de nombreuses équipes vers le succès et aidé tous mes clients à atteindre leurs objectifs.
J'ai connu la croissance de 10 à 400 salariés, de 0€ à 10M+€ de CA de sociétés du web et je souhaite partager tout ce que j'ai appris aux travers de mes missions freelances.
Vrai caméléon, je peux aussi bien faire uniquement du développement en tant que contributeur indivuel _(back Kotlin/Java, front Vue.js/Typescript ou fullstack)_ ou en tant que lead d'équipe. J'ai l'habitude de gérer des développements très complexes, de la phase de conception au run et au monitoring, en passant évidemment par la phase de déploiement, que ce soit sur une infrastructure cloud ou sur un SI dédié.
Mon projet idéal ? Rejoindre un équipe ambitieuse pour mener le développement vers une V1 (ou une V2 ;) qui cartonne !

Maxime intervened within the framework of a project whose challenge was not the easiest, both in terms of the technical complexity and the delicate context.
It is with great professionalism, combined with formidable technical ease, that Maxime was able to provide the most suitable solutions to successfully complete this first phase of the product, while respecting costs/quality/deadlines.
His ultra-positive state of mind, bathed in innate curiosity and a very pragmatic approach, allowed him to bring calm to the project team, starting with me 😉
Finally, a little weekend surprise that makes the real little extras, to start the weekend off on the right foot, the retrospective of the week's activities on video. No fakes with Maxime, only real.
As a good Ironman, Maxime showed us that sprints are not only done on asphalt.

Maxime est resté plusieurs années chez Malt et a rendu l'aventure possible. Son caractère pionnier, son dynamisme, ses compétences vont beaucoup manquer dans l'équipe. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de retravailler ensemble !
