In charge of tech strategy and tech team management. Hands-on, contributions in building and delivering value to our users.

Achievements:

- Scale tech team: from 1 to 4, then from 4 to 8. Empower team members so that everyone can contribute their own skills to form a high-performance team.

- Successfully led the initiative to obtain SOC2 type 2 certification ensuring adherence to industry-leading security and compliance standards. Renewed yearly.

Contributed to product development and architecture. Some key contributions:

- Built a “unified api” platform to sync data from external data-sources (Salesforce, Hubspot, Netsuite, BigQuery, Snowflake, ...)

- Built a No-code formula editor to help our customers setup their compensation plans.

- Built some reporting and dataviz features on Amalia to give insights to our Sales Users

Was part of a team in charge of providing and hosting PaaS solutions for the whole Adeo group (Leroy Merlin, Bricoman, Weldom, ...).

Managed some mutualized Kubernetes clusters based on Openshift (with hundred of nodes).

Worked on a custom fwk (based on terraform) and supported teams who want define and operate their own GCP or Azure landing zones with Kubernetes.

Provided support and training on cloud native architectures, and all the necessary tooling needed to deploy and monitor hosted applications : cicd, metrics, logging, apm
